Jumpstart & battery
A boosted start gets you moving, but we'll test the battery and charging system on the spot. If it won't hold charge, we can fit a replacement or take the car in.
Line open 24 / 7
Dead battery, flat tyre, overheating or a car that won't start. We'll talk you through the safe move first, then send help or a tow.

Most breakdowns are one of three things. We carry the kit for all of them, and a flatbed on call for the rest.

A repairable tread puncture can be patched at the roadside. Sidewall damage, a torn valve or a bent rim gets a spare or a tow instead — we won't plug something unsafe.
We'll diagnose whether it's a hose, fan, thermostat or head gasket before adding coolant. Driving on a hot engine can turn a RM200 hose into a rebuild.
Keys locked inside? We can arrange a licensed locksmith.
Petrol or diesel, enough to reach the next station.

The car can be replaced. You can't. Work through this before you open the bonnet.
If you're in a live lane
Put your hazard lights on, leave the car on the safest side, and get behind the barrier. Do not stand behind or between cars. Call 999 if traffic is moving around you.
Get off the live lane
Steer to the shoulder or an emergency bay. If the car can't move, stay buckled and call for help.
Hazards on, engine off
Switch on the hazard lights. If there's smoke or the temperature gauge is in the red, don't open the bonnet — let it cool.
Set the triangle — only if it's safe
About 45 metres behind the car on a straight road. Never walk into a live lane to place it.
Stand behind the barrier
Keep passengers, especially children, away from the carriageway. Wait on the safe side of the guardrail.
Note the kilometre marker
The nearest exit, overhead sign or km marker is the fastest way for us to find you.

Accidents, high-voltage EV faults and cars blocking a live lane need the authorities or a specialist recovery first. Call 999, then call us and we'll advise.
Send us the car, the year and the noise it's making. We'll come back with a slot and an honest estimate — not a sales pitch.
